# Pascal Bistro

> Pascal’s Bistro is a family-owned establishment that opened in November 1999. We are nestled in the north end of West Park Walk shopping center, near Tuesday Morning.

Pascal was born in the South of France. He studied to be a chef at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in France. He came to America 35 years ago for a summer of fun and never left. His passion is creating delicious cuisine for everyone to enjoy. He personally hand-selects the freshest ingredients from the local farmers' markets!
